Sneha Shah

Sneha is a certified Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader and Life Coach, trained in the United States in 2012. Trying to recover from a severe bout of Bells Palsy, she discovered the amazing connection between mind and body, and the impact that suppressed emotions had on health and happiness. As a practicing psychologist, she had already worked with numerous modalities, but she soon realised that at the core of all issues, is lack of self-love.

Sneha is fulfilling her calling which is to support and facilitate people through their journey of healing, across the world. She is passionate about helping others find emotional fulfilment and exploring their full being. She firmly believes that people are not limited by their life situations and experiences and have the power to create a new life story.

She has led numerous HYL workshops and coached many clients. She is authorized as a Heal Your Life®️ Workshop Teacher Trainer and Advanced Coach Trainer in India.

Sneha and Shashank (her partner & husband), along with Dr Patricia Crane & Rick Nichols, created the Heal Your Life Workshop for Corporates - Also called the 'Managing with Heart & Mind' Training. They have led this training in over 7 countries and now trained over 150+ facilitators from 35 countries.

Sneha is a Consulting Psychologist with a double major in Psychology. She is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, India Partner of Psycho-Geometrics ® Profiling System, Leadership Coach, and is also one of the few professionals in India, trained to practice Gottman Couples Therapy Method.

She has offered workshops in over 11 countries across the world including United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, Thailand, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Serbia and all over India and has trained for more than 50 companies.

She along with her husband Shashank Gupta, founded their company ISRA, committed to provide high quality workshops, coaching, training, and online courses to individuals and companies across the world.
