Shashank Gupta

Shashank is a certified Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader and Life Coach, trained in the United States in 2012. After receiving his original training, Shashank became acutely aware of the way people externalise their inner fears, anger, pain and hurt on others. He recognised that at the core of good leadership lies greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and the ability to integrate love within.

Since then he has led numerous HYL workshops and coached many clients. He is authorised as a Heal Your Life®️ Workshop Teacher Trainer and Advanced Coach Trainer in India. One of his most favourite things is to witness the transformation in people as they grow to love themselves.

Shashank has been committed to promote a more humanistic approach in the corporate world. Along with Dr Patricia Crane & Rick Nichols and Sneha Shah (his wife and partner) he created the Heal Your Life® Workshop for Corporates - also called the 'Managing with Heart & Mind' Training. They have led this training in over 7 countries and now trained over 150+ facilitators from 35 countries.

In addition to being a qualified Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration, he has many years of experience as a successful entrepreneur.

He founded his company ISRA, along with his wife Sneha, with the focus on providing high quality workshops, coaching, training, and online courses to individuals and companies across the globe.

He has offered workshops in over 11 countries including United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, Thailand, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Serbia and all over India and has trained for more than 50 companies. This has given him a global perspective on driving change.

He is also a qualified Coach from Coach U - USA, Leadership Coach, Certified Transformation Facilitator, and owner of Psycho-Geometrics® profiling system in India.
